Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Access Finance AD, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our customers succeed with their digital credit card experience. You’ll assist users in English via online chat and email support, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure each interaction is positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.
  • Support window: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Bulgarian Time (BG) / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (USA).
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week).
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient support to U.S.-based customers via chat and email ticketing.
  • Assist users with account access, payments, basic troubleshooting, and product questions.
  • Follow standard procedures and workflows to escalate cases or provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and precise documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team leads and QA to ensure service quality.
  • Deliver service with empathy, professionalism, and clarity—always in fluent English.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English – both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support (chat/email) is a plus.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and web-based systems.
  • Fast learner and a good communicator.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
