Work Model

• On-site Monday–Thursday in our Sofia office
• Remote work on Friday
• Flexible start and end times within the working day.

Your Role:

As a .NET Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our core systems. You will take ownership of well-defined modules and features, working closely with experienced engineers, product stakeholders, and QA.

This role is well-suited for a developer who enjoys improving existing systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and delivering stable, scalable solutions within a structured environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain C# / .NET applications
• Take ownership of specific modules and features within our core systems
• Contribute to the modernization and simplification of legacy components
• Work on microservices-based solutions and support existing services
• Collaborate with business analysts, product stakeholders, and QA engineers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months:

• Independently deliver features within your assigned modules
• Demonstrate solid understanding of our architecture and system flows
• Contribute measurable improvements to code quality or system stability
• Participate confidently in technical discussions and estimations
• Be recognized as a reliable and accountable team member

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server
• Confidence working with and improving legacy systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset
• High attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
