Senior Financial Analyst

Sofia | Hybrid, full-time

About This Role:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with the reporting and accounting teams within the Group. Your key responsibilities will include assessing budget execution, conducting monthly performance reviews, and performing cash flow analyses. The role also encompasses revenue and cost structure analysis, active participation in the budgeting process, and financial modeling. Additionally, you will support the establishment of financial functions in new companies, contributing to their successful integration and operation. Regular review of monthly management and statutory reporting packages for both the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance, will also be a critical part of your duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Will report directly to the CFO and will work in collaboration with reporting and accounting functions within the Group
  • Regular review of monthly management and statutory reporting packages of the company and its subsidiaries
  • Regular monitoring of financial and operational KPIs of the company and its subsidiaries
  • Analysis of budget execution and monthly performance
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Participate in the analysis of revenues and cost structure
  • Participates in budget process for the company and its subsidiaries
  • Financial modelling
  • Support with the financial function set up in new companies

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • ACCA/CFA will be considered an advantage
  • 4+ years relevant experience;
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in excel 
  • IFRS knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish will be considered an advantage
